PATENT OPTION AGREEMENT TERMS

1. GRANT OF OPTION: A.I. Visions LTD grants the Purchaser an exclusive option to negotiate acquisition of the specified patent rights.

2. OPTION PERIOD: This option shall remain valid for the selected quarterly period from the date of payment.

3. EXCLUSIVITY: During the option period, A.I. Visions LTD agrees not to negotiate with third parties regarding the specified patent.

4. OPTION FEE: The option fee equals 5% of the patent valuation per quarter, non-refundable but applicable towards final purchase price if exercised.

5. EXERCISE OF OPTION: Purchaser may exercise the option at any time during the option period by written notice and payment of the full patent acquisition price.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY: All patent details and negotiations shall remain strictly confidential between parties.

7. GOVERNING LAW: This agreement shall be governed by European Union intellectual property law.
